Vegetables in agricultural enterprises and peasant (farmer) farms were harvested from an area of 99.5 thousand hectares, 2.2 million tons were harvested.

New Crop Winter Wheat Seeding was carried out on an area of 10.3 million hectares.

There are enough resources for successful autumn sowing in the Russian Farms, sowing rate is constrained only by wet autumn weather and harvesting of its predecessor crops like soybeans.
Unlike in the fall of 2020, the conditions for sowing winter wheat this year are very favorable. On the fields of the first seeding, great germination and growth have already been obtained. For the first time since 2017, there is no autumn drought, there is enough moisture in the soil. Such conditions allow us to expect a favorable starting condition for the crop 2022.
Recall that at the end of 2020-beginning of 2021, the sowing of winter wheat faced an autumn drought and a short-term severe winter cold snap in some areas, and then – with insufficiently favorable conditions in the spring. Some of the crops significantly suffered losses and only an average 2021 Winter Wheat Crop was produced and harvested.
Wishing everybody good luck with Fall Crop Harvest and to finish the ongoing Seeding Campaign.
